Ashkbiz Danehkar

Astrophysicist

I am a Research Scientist at Eureka Scientific, Inc. funded by a NASA data analysis grant (2022-present). I was a Research Fellow at the University of Michigan since (2019-2021), and a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics (2015-2018). I obtained a PhD in Physics and Astronomy from Macquarie University in 2014. My research focuses , starburst-driven outflows in star-forming galaxies, and superbubbles, ultra-fast outflows and super-massive black holes in active galaxies, evolution of planetary nebulae, and star formation in galaxies over cosmic time.
